*   Fill out and return the following form with a deposit of $100 (marchers)/ $25 (non-marchers) in an envelope and return it to the FCHS Band. There are two ways to return envelopes to the FCHS Band. Place the envelopes in the "Band Box" in the Fayette County HS Band room, or mail it to FCHS Band P.O. Box 444, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Turn in at audition or by May 1 deadline.
